Christmas buffet 2015 was highly praised, so we made our notes in order to turning our Christmasbuffet 2016 into same success, with a touch ...up scale.

Liver paté, pork brawn, pickled beetroot and all the other lovely christmas dishes taste exactly the way we would like them to, because they are homemade – therefore we hope that you will be enjoying:

Wholemeal rye bread from Restaurant Gilleleje Havn,

butter and lard with prunes, onion and rye bread crumble

Smiling eggs and freshly peeled Greenland shrimps

Deepfried fresh fillet of plaice with sc. remoulade and lemon

Juniper graved salmon with traditional sauce

White dill bread and no lack of brown bread

Butcher Lamp's South Jutland cooked sausages with stewed kale

Glazed breast of quality pork, crispy rinds and apple/Jerusalem artischoke compote
